Complete simulation of wooden Easter eggs

Perfect for easter decorations, Easter basket tags, and more, it only takes a few minutes to make these cute and easy painted wooden easter eggs!

Hi friends! Can you believe that Easter is almost here? It seems like we're just celebrating Christmas, but we're already into April! I'm a big fan of Easter and I love pastels and cute easter decor. These painted Easter egg wood pieces are the cutest decorations for your holiday decor!

Do you love watercolors as much as I do? I think these soft pastel colors are beautiful and they are perfect for my easter decorations, however, I know some of you like to use a lot of bright colors for spring and Easter. You can use a variety of different colors of paint and make up your favorite colors

Next, paint an Easter eggs on the surface of each wood piece with a different color of light paint. Leave a small piece of unpainted wood on the outer edge. Let it dry and repeat on the other side as needed.

Starting with the yellow wooden easter egg, add other colors of paint to decorate. Add lines of different colors and thicknesses as well as dots of different colors. Next, paint the green egg with jagged shapes, lines and dots of different colors. For the blue eggs, add wavy lines and yellow dots of different colors.

Let the paint dry completely and then screw a small loop eye pin to the top of each wood piece. Add the ribbon for hanging.
